Our neweer pet friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the 5th floor of building 17, one of Oceanwalk's newest buildings and features free WiFi and free premium cable channels like HBO, Showtime & Cinemax.. With great views of the ocean, it also offers a screened in patio with comfortable wicker furniture to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the mangroves. It features a large modern kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space, as well as a granite breakfast bar. The dining room table has 2 leaves and can comfortably seat 8. The spacious living room is equipped with a double reclining sofa and a conventional sofa. There is a 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV with Blu-ray player.

With plenty of room to sleep 8 people, the master bedroom has a king bed, 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV, large walk in closet and a wonderful master bathroom suite with a garden Jacuzzi tub. From the second bedroom you can see the ocean and has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, Samsung 32 inch Smart TV and direct access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, plenty of closet space and a Samsung 32 inch Smart TV.

The ocean/beach is less than a 2 minute walk and we’ve provided you with beach chairs and cooler for you to enjoy your day on the beach.. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. The front door features a keyless door lock, in unit washer/dryer, free high speed wireless internet, cable TV with free premium channels, DVR service and multiple USB charging outlets throughout the condo.
