"Condo was clean and very nice and was located in an area that was both beautiful and safe. We enjoyed our time here very much! The pool was close and very nice as well. There were a few little challenges, the directions about what gate to use were inaccurate and there was a trick to working the lock but we were able to figure it out. When we arrived, there was no water in the unit but a quick call to the management company solved that. (Water had been shut off prior to the hurricane) Once there, everything was great! I would recommend upgrading the pillows on the beds as that was the only disappointment. The dryer door also needs a little attention as it seems a screw may be loose but it worked fine if you lifted it up a little. The building lost power the morning we were leaving but was back on in about 15 minutes. We just missed getting stuck in the elevator! I highly recommend this property and we were blessed to be able to book it for our last minute vacation!"

This place is perfect and I must say it’s even more beautiful than the pictures show!
Me and my family had a great time here. The pool is right by the building, and the beach right across the street (you can even check the surf!!). The place was very clean, organized, and it was very well equipped!
The kitchen has everything you might need to cook and even bake, there are tons of towels and beach towels.

Everything was great! Our only problem was we didn't know where the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella was, so I called the management co, they were nice, they finally told me about the storage room. But none of the keys worked for the #3 storage room. Thankfully my cousin lives nearby and brought us her beach chairs, etc. We had a great week. Thank you!

"This property was perfect for our family. Loved having beach access just a short walk across the street. The shops and public beach at Flagler Avenue was just a five minute drive and very family friendly. Plenty to do but the area didn’t seem overly crowded with tourists. This unit is located close to one of the community swimming pools. There are also nice tennis courts which we enjoyed using while we were there. Kitchen is nicely updated, has washer and dryer and lots of space for everyone. We really enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Definitely recommend."

We have stayed in other units/buildings at Ocean Walk but this was our favorite. The porch faces west for wonderful sunsets and pleasant views of the estuary. The unit was well maintained and appointed. Very comfortable. We will be back!

A lovely, clean condo on the 5th floor. Great sunset views from the balcony and master bedroom overlooking Mosquito Lagoon. Ocean view visible from front bedroom. Well equipped kitchen, had everything we needed for a week. Lots of beach towels, and chairs and umbrellas in the storage area. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. Beach access is across the street for those morning walks!

Excellent property - beautiful condo with a great pool, Whirlpool, and easy access to the beach. There are lots of interesting restaurants in the area. This area is best for those who just want to relax, swim, and go to the beach and eat out. There is not a lot else to do. The condo administrators were very attentive to any needs & requests. We all definitely recommend this property.

Best Ocean Condo New Smyrna Beach

My family enjoyed a great week at this beautiful condo in February. The unit is new, very clean, has very comfy beds, and supplied with everything you would need to spend a week at the beach. My first impression was how clean the condo was. After getting familiar with the area, we learned it was convenient to so many things. Airboat rides, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando, St. Augustine and on and on. Loved the porch on the back of the condo, very close and easy walk to the beach. This condo was awesome. So clean and welcoming from the minute we got there, plus allowing my pet was a huge bonus. The kitchen was spotless and was equipped with everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable & the kids loved the large smart tv. The bedrooms were surprisingly spacious & the new mattress were very comfortable. We were very glad the porch was screened in, we talked to other guests in the pool & many complained about bugs in the evening but we enjoyed beautiful sunsets bug free. Definitely am going to come back here next year, we loved it so much I signed up for next year while we were still there. New Smyrna Beach area has so much to do. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to book this unit. You won't be sorry.
